Inauguration of Kien Thuy District Martyrs Temple

(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the morning of July 21, Kien Thuy district held the inauguration ceremony of the district's Martyrs Temple. Attending the inauguration ceremony were comrades: Nguyen Thi Nghia, former Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, former Head of the Hai Phong National Assembly Delegation; Dang Ba Cuong, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; former leaders of the city, local leaders and related units.

The Project of Building the Temple of Heroes and Martyrs in Kien Thuy District is built on a land area of ^2,506m2 . Including main items: main temple (including minh duong area of ^120m2 and main temple area of 430m2 ⁾ ; toilets, gates, surrounding walls; yard and rainwater drainage system.

The project started in May 2023 and was completed in the historic July days associated with many important events of the country, city and district. This is a project that the Party Committee and people of Kien Thuy district have put a lot of effort into and is also one of 11 projects and works to celebrate the 80th Anniversary of the founding of the first Communist Party cell of the district.

The Martyrs' Temple project of the district has profound political, social and humanistic significance, expressing the great affection and gratitude of the Party Committee, the government and the people of Kien Thuy district towards the Martyrs who fought and sacrificed for the cause of building and defending the Fatherland. At the same time, it is a precious spiritual value of the people of the district to pass on to future generations to understand the tradition of patriotism, fighting against foreign invaders as well as the spirit of humanity and love of peace of the nation. The project also fulfills the long-standing wishes and desires of the Party Committee, the government and the people of Kien Thuy district.
