Inauguration of Road Group 7, Xeo Sau Hamlet, Luong Phu Commune

Attending the event were Hero of Labor in the renovation period - Honorary President of Ben Tre Bridge and Road Science and Technology Association Trinh Van Y, President of Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province Nguyen Thi Hong Nhung, Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Men.

Before construction, the road surface of Group 7, Xeo Sau Hamlet was narrow, damaged in many places, with ditches on both sides and 6 small bridges on the route, making it difficult for people to travel. The concrete road project of Group 7 was surveyed by the Bridge and Road Consulting Center, and the design documents were prepared free of charge; the completed project of Group 7, Xeo Sau Hamlet was 623m long, the roadbed was 4m wide, the surface was 3m wide, and the concrete was 12cm thick. The project was divided into 2 phases, phase 1 had Dai Chi Vi Company pumping sand to make the base; phase 2 had Dai Tinh Bridge and Road Construction Company constructing the concrete road surface.

The total cost of building Road Group 7, Xeo Sau Hamlet is 1.23 billion VND, contributed by 13 benefactors; the people contributed 2.5 hectares of land and cut down hundreds of coconut trees and other crops. It is known that Xeo Sau Hamlet, Luong Phu Commune is the hometown of Labor Hero in the Renovation Period - Honorary President of the Ben Tre Bridge and Road Science and Technology Association Trinh Van Y; Luong Phu Commune during the resistance war against the US was fiercely attacked with 19 carpet bombings by B52 aircraft, many cadres and soldiers sacrificed and many civilians were injured...

Road To 7 was built, expanded, and the existing canal was cleared with 6 small bridges, creating a new straight and connected road, bringing joy to the people in the Xeo Sau hamlet area. The inauguration of Road To 7 was approved by the people, and was named Lo Nghia Tinh.
