Comrade Vi Van Khang was elected as secretary. Comrade Vi Van Khang's house then became the meeting place of the cell to discuss many important Party matters. At one stage, the brocade weaving profession here was at risk of disappearing. To restore the traditional craft village, the government and local people have made many efforts to promote the weaving profession effectively, creating sustainable livelihoods for households. In particular, the government has also encouraged individuals with conditions to organize production groups and cooperatives to professionalize the weaving profession.
