Recently, Viglacera Thai Nguyen Joint Stock Company solemnly held a ceremony to announce the Decision to establish the Company's grassroots Trade Union, paving the way for the period when employees at the Company have an official organization representing their legal and legitimate rights and interests.
Attending the ceremony, on behalf of the Viglacera Corporation - JSC Trade Union, there was comrade Nguyen Quy Tuan, member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Construction Trade Union, Chairman of the Corporation Trade Union. On behalf of Viglacera Thai Nguyen Joint Stock Company, there was comrade Le Ngoc Uoc, Director of the Company, along with members of the Board of Directors, key staff and the entire Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union, Term I.
Viglacera Thai Nguyen Joint Stock Company was established on December 6, 2022. Stemming from the aspirations of the majority of employees in the Company, with the desire to join and operate under the common roof of the Viglacera Corporation - Joint Stock Company Trade Union, to be represented by the Trade Union and have their legitimate rights protected, the Organizing Committee for the establishment of the Company's Trade Union was established in April 2025.
The task of the Committee is to propagate and mobilize workers to participate in the Vietnam Trade Union organization, and at the same time prepare necessary conditions to organize the Congress to establish the Viglacera Thai Nguyen Joint Stock Company Trade Union in accordance with the provisions of the Vietnam Trade Union Charter and instructions of the superior Trade Union.

On May 14, 2025, based on the minutes of the Congress of the Grassroots Trade Union and the Proposal of the Executive Committee of the Viglacera Thai Nguyen Joint Stock Company Trade Union on the proposal to recognize the grassroots trade union organization and the Executive Committee of the Viglacera Thai Nguyen Joint Stock Company Trade Union, term I, 2025 - 2028, the Viglacera Corporation - JSC Trade Union issued Decision No. 36/QD-CD to recognize the Executive Committee of the Viglacera Thai Nguyen Joint Stock Company Trade Union, term I, 2025 - 2028. From this date, the Viglacera Thai Nguyen Joint Stock Company Grassroots Trade Union with 18 members has officially come into operation, becoming the 37th member in the Viglacera Corporation - JSC Trade Union system.

At the ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Quy Tuan presented the Decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union and recognized the Executive Committee of the Viglacera Thai Nguyen Joint Stock Company Trade Union, Term I, 2025-2028. Comrade Nguyen Quy Tuan emphasized the role of the Trade Union in protecting workers' rights, calling on the Executive Committee to quickly stabilize the organization, build strict operating regulations, listen to union members to implement practical programs, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
