Accordingly, the delegates visited the second facility of the South Central Coast Agricultural Science and Technology Institute in An Nhon Dong ward and Quy Nhon Bac ward.
The program is part of a conference introducing scientific and technical advances in the fields of cultivation and aquaculture, serving production in the South Central and Central Highlands regions, taking place over two days, August 14-15, in Quy Nhon ward.

During the visit, the delegation surveyed and evaluated a number of promising rice varieties in the quality rice and processed rice segments, meeting consumer and deep processing needs. In addition, the delegation also visited a number of peanut varieties with potential for oil processing and fresh consumption; and vegetable soybean varieties to serve diverse market needs.

In addition, delegates also learned about the activities of the seed processing area - where rice, peanut, soybean seeds are produced, packaged and preserved to serve the South Central and Central Highlands regions. This is one of the important links to ensure quality seed sources, contributing to improving productivity, quality of agricultural products and production efficiency for farmers.
The tour helps delegates directly access new technical advances, while also facilitating exchanges and connections between scientists, businesses, and localities, towards sustainable agricultural development and climate change adaptation.
