*Xuan Loc Forest Protection Management Board strengthens forest management and protection

On the afternoon of October 9, the Xuan Loc Protective Forest Management Board held a conference to review the work of forest protection management and construction in the first 9 months of 2025 and signed a regulation on coordination of forest protection management between the Xuan Loc Protective Forest Management Board, Forest Protection Department Region 2 and communes sharing the same management area.

Xuan Loc Protection Forest Management Board is managing more than 10,300 hectares of forest, including over 5,700 hectares of protection forest and over 4,500 hectares of production forest, mainly planted forest. Forms of production organization include: direct forest planting, contracting and joint forest planting. In the first 9 months of 2025, the Management Board signed 7 new contracts with 19.3 hectares, converted according to Decree 168/ND-CP for 11 households with 32.8 hectares.

In the fourth quarter of 2025, Xuan Loc Protective Forest Management Board will continue to implement Plan 94 dated September 30, 2025 of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, focusing on patrolling and controlling forest areas, grasping the population situation; coordinating to handle violations; submitting a plan to convert 661.55 hectares of protective forest to production forest...

On this occasion, Xuan Loc Protective Forest Management Board signed a regulation on coordination in forest management and protection between the unit and the Forest Ranger Department of Region 2 and 3 communes sharing the same management area, including Xuan Hoa, Xuan Loc and Xuan Thanh.

On October 9, Dong Nai Provincial Police held a closing ceremony for the Mobile Police training course for officers and soldiers of the 2025 Mobile Police Reserve Combat Regiment.

The professional training course takes place in 10 working days, the remaining 15 days are arranged by the local police units for officers and soldiers to self-study, ensuring a full training time of 25 days/year. Officers and soldiers of the Regiment are taught by the Training Team basic, practical, and important contents related to the task of implementing armed measures in attacking and suppressing terrorist crimes, riots, illegal demonstrations, and gatherings of people to cause disturbances to security and order according to the functions and tasks of the reserve combat mobile police force.

The Provincial Police leaders requested that after completing the training course and returning to their work units, the trainees should be proactive, promote the spirit of not being afraid of difficulties and hardships, continue training, and ensure readiness to carry out tasks when sudden and unexpected situations arise.

On the afternoon of October 9, the People's Committee of Binh Long Ward, Dong Nai Province organized a launching ceremony of the "Digital Education for All" movement; responding to the National Digital Transformation Day October 10 and the National Innovation Festival in Binh Long Ward in 2025.

Implementing the movement "Digital literacy for all", Binh Long ward will launch a 30-day emulation movement to implement "Paperless Day", "Paperless Workweek", starting from today. At the same time, launch and vigorously implement the campaign "Popularizing digital signatures for people in 30 days", from October 1 to November 1, 2025, supported by telecommunications units.

At the ceremony, delegates were also instructed to log in to a number of applications serving the work of "Digital Education for the People", thereby helping cadres and members of the community digital technology team easily access and apply technology in daily life, as well as guide people to do the same.
