The guest list features a diverse range of guest chefs from across the region, offering a diverse culinary experience. From Bangkok, Côte by Mauro Colagreco (2 Michelin stars) by Davide Garavaglia, winner of the 2023 Michelin Young Chef Thailand, presents modern Mediterranean cuisine.
From Korea, chefs Yun Dae-hyun and Hee-Eun Kim of Soul (1 Michelin star) bring refined Korean cuisine. Vietnam is represented by chef Sam Aisbett (Akuna, 1 Michelin star); chef Quang Dung (Chapter) with modern Vietnamese cuisine; Olivier Corti (Le Comptoir) introduces the quintessence of French cuisine; and Madame Binh (Luk Lak Da Nang ) with the rich flavors of Central Vietnam.
To date, Vietnam has 7 Michelin-starred restaurants, including 3 in Hanoi , 3 in Ho Chi Minh City and 1 in Da Nang. In addition, Vietnam currently has 1 restaurant with a Michelin green star, an award for sustainable culinary venues, 58 restaurants on the Bib Gourmand list (delicious eateries at reasonable prices) and 99 establishments selected by the Michelin Guide.

At this year's event, Michelin Guide will announce a list of culinary establishments in 3 cities including: Special Awards (Michelin Guide Special Awards), Selected list (Michelin Guide Selected), Bib Gourmand locations and Michelin-starred restaurants.
All establishments on this list are evaluated by Michelin's anonymous team of judges, based on five globally consistent criteria: quality of ingredients, culinary skill, harmony of flavors, personality of the chef and consistency of dishes over time.
The announcement ceremony will be broadcast live on the Michelin Guide Asia YouTube channel, with guest chefs from Korea, Thailand, France, Australia and Vietnam.
