According to RT, a Turkish Air Force C-130 military transport plane crashed in Georgia on November 11. Although the number of fatalities has not been confirmed, all 20 people on board, including the crew, are believed to have died.
The Georgian Interior Ministry said the plane took off from Azerbaijan and was flying back to Turkey when it crashed in the city of Sighnaghi, about 5 km from the Azerbaijan-Georgia border.
Video footage of the scene shows the plane spiraling towards the ground.

According to NTV news channel, the plane flew from the Turkish city of Trabzon, on the Black Sea coast, to Azerbaijan on the morning of November 11. The plane then took off from Ganja (Azerbaijan) at 1:20 p.m. the same day to return to Turkey but disappeared from radar 27 minutes after departure.
"I would like to express my deepest condolences to the families of the victims," Turkish Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya wrote on Twitter, adding that his Georgian counterpart, Gela Geladze, had visited the scene of the accident.
Search and rescue operations were quickly underway. Authorities have opened an investigation into the accident.
