In Ia Dal and Ia Toi communes, Economic - Defense Group 716 (Army Corps 15) organized a program to support people in economic development and implement the project "Army officers and soldiers help children go to school" in 2025.

The unit gave gifts including cash and in kind to 20 students with especially difficult circumstances, with a total cost of 148 million VND; handed over 18 pairs of breeding deer to 18 poor, near-poor, ethnic minority and newly escaped poverty households in the area, with a total cost of more than 808 million VND.

Before handing over, the Delegation coordinated with local authorities to survey beneficiaries, provide guidance on barn preparation, organize technical training and carry out quarantine and vaccination, ensuring the deer herd is healthy and qualified for long-term development. The provision of free deer breeds is part of the program to support economic and social development, following the model of "soldiers accompanying the villagers" in ethnic minority and mountainous areas.
