In 2025, with the consensus of the people, Kon Jong village achieved many positive results. Average income per capita reached 53 million VND/year. The rate of poor households decreased to 2 households. Culture and society had many changes. 100% of school-age children went to school. Gong and Xoang dance teams were maintained, contributing to preserving national identity. Environmental sanitation work was clearly improved, the landscape was bright - green - clean - beautiful.

Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Truong Thi Linh presented 10 gifts to poor households and students who overcame difficulties to study well.
