Groundbreaking ceremony of "Support to go to school" house for poor students in Thai Thuy district

Representatives of the management units of the "Supporting Schooling" Fund presented funding to support the construction of a house for the family of Pham Binh Huy, in Quang Lang Doai village, Thuy Hai commune (Thai Thuy).

Pham Binh Huy’s family in Quang Lang Doai village, Thuy Hai commune, has been poor for many years. His parents are both slow-witted and have no stable jobs. Due to the hardships of life, even though the old house is seriously degraded, the family has to live temporarily.

Sharing the situation of Pham Binh Huy's family and encouraging him to continue to strive, the Management Board of the "Supporting to School" Fund, including representatives of Thai Binh Newspaper, Thai Binh Provincial Red Cross Society, and Thai Binh Provincial Departmentof Education and Training, decided to allocate 100 million VND from the "Supporting to School" Fund to support his family to start building a new house. The house has an area of ​​40 square meters and is expected to be completed before the new school year 2025 - 2026 begins.

Also on the morning of May 20, a representative of the Management Board of the "Support to School" Fund presented 100 million VND to support the construction of a new house for the family of Doan Le Hoang Anh, in Kha Ly village, Thuy Quynh commune (Thai Thuy).

In 2025, from the “Support to School” fund, 19 new houses were built for poor students in Thai Binh province. This is also an activity in response to the peak emulation campaign “300 days of joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses” across the province.
