Construction of My Dinh-Ba Sao-Bai Dinh road started

The road is about 12.5km long (not including the section that coincides with the provincial road 419 project to provincial road 425, My Duc district); 21m wide; Construction of 4 main intersections including: intersection with the southern axis road (the starting position of the route); intersection with National Highway 21B; intersection with Huong Son inter-commune road; intersection with Huong Son - Tam Chuc road; Construction of overpasses over Day River and Chau Giang River (Ngoai Do canal)...

The total estimated investment of the project is 2,080 billion VND, excluding land acquisition costs through My Duc and Ung Hoa. The project implementation period is from 2023 to 2027.

The Ba Sao Construction Contractor Consortium includes the following members: Urban Infrastructure Development Investment Corporation UDIC; Viet Hung Construction and Technical Services Joint Stock Company; Dong Do Group Joint Stock Company; 471 Joint Stock Company; Song Da Hanoi Joint Stock Company; Dong Tien Construction Joint Stock Company; Thang Long Corporation; Dong Son Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company; Hoa Phu Urban Construction Joint Stock Company; Hai Ly Construction Investment Consulting Group Joint Stock Company; Cau 14 Joint Stock Company; Thanh Phat Construction Company Limited. The implementation period is 690 days.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan said that the investment project to build the My Dinh - Ba Sao - Bai Dinh route, the section connecting the southern axis road to Huong Son - Tam Chuc road, is one of the projects in the list of key works and projects of the city.

In order for the investment project to be implemented smoothly, on schedule, put into operation and use soon, creating favorable conditions for socio -economic development, improving people's lives in the area, Hanoi leaders requested investors and contractors to promote the highest sense of responsibility, develop plans, solutions and construction measures in a scientific, detailed and appropriate manner; mobilize maximum high-quality human resources, modern equipment and machinery for construction, organize construction scientifically and effectively, ensure labor safety and environmental sanitation;

Strictly comply with legal regulations, technical requirements, quality, techniques, and aesthetics, and do not allow negativity, corruption, or waste that causes loss of state assets;

The People's Committees of Ung Hoa and My Duc districts and the People's Committees of communes where the road passes through continue to actively and urgently carry out the project's site clearance work, handing over the site to the Investor on schedule approved by the City People's Committee.
