The Vietnam National Ancestor Day Project Board is preparing to organize the Global Vietnam National Ancestor Day - Ancestor Commemoration Ceremony & Honoring the Descendants of Hung Kings Globally 2024.

Continuing the success of 9 years of organization, the Global Vietnam National Ancestor Day Project Board continues to coordinate with organizations, individuals, associations, overseas Vietnamese communities, intellectuals, scientists and international friends to organize directly and online: Global Vietnam National Ancestor Day - Ancestor Commemoration Ceremony & Honoring the descendants of Hung Kings globally 2024, with the theme Peace - Ancestor's Last Wish.
The program is scheduled to take place at 8:00 p.m. on the 10th day of the 3rd lunar month (April 18th in the solar calendar), including the main activities: burning incense to pay respect to the Ancestors' Death Anniversary in countries where the Hung King statues have been installed; Happy Vietnam photo exhibition in the Russian Federation; premiere of the song Song of Peace ; introduction of the Global Vietnam National Ancestor Day Project at the Influential Vietnamese Forum in France (March 2024), Poland (April 2024), Italy (April 2024).
Since 2015, the Global Vietnam National Ancestor Day Project Board has organized the Hung King Statue Installation Ceremony in more than 10 countries and territories around the world; organized the Hung King's Death Anniversary Ceremony in person and online and honored the descendants of the Hung King globally, connecting overseas intellectual delegates and international friends from nearly 50 countries on all five continents.
These activities help create a common cultural day to connect Vietnamese people around the world and international friends, building a strong cultural bridge of friendship and sincere friendship between Vietnam and international friends.
In 2018, the Prime Minister supported the project in writing to continue implementing the Global Vietnamese Ancestral Day in countries with a large number of overseas Vietnamese and to develop it into a national scientific topic. From 2019 to present, the Global Vietnamese Ancestral Day Project Board has been supported by ICI International (a non-profit organization operating in the field of intercultural and scientific research in Austria) with international legal status to continue spreading the culture of the Hung King worship of Vietnam to the world.
