Prosecution of the subject who beat and injured someone without cause

According to initial information, on the afternoon of March 16, Mr. HTTr and his wife (residing in Long Chau neighborhood) were setting up their stall selling balut eggs in front of La Hai station when Tran Phuc Hau, who was selling spring rolls nearby, caused trouble, cursed at them, and suddenly attacked Mr. Tr with a plastic chair.

Faced with the unexpected incident, Mr. Tr reacted in self-defense by picking up a piece of dry bamboo and fighting back. However, during the struggle, Hau snatched the bamboo from Mr. Tr's hand and continued to use the bamboo and a chair to repeatedly hit him in the head and face, causing injuries.

The incident only stopped when people nearby discovered, intervened and took Mr. Tr to the emergency room at Dong Xuan District Medical Center.

Authorities are continuing to consolidate records and handle them according to legal regulations.
