The beauty queen's company representative worked with the department and paid the fine. Huong Giang said: "We admit our mistakes and shortcomings, have learned lessons, and gain experience to avoid repeating the mistake, aiming to organize more thoroughly next time."
This is not the first time that events or individuals have been fined for administrative violations. Previously, there were cases of beauties accepting fines after violating the law. Although they knew they would be fined for intentionally participating in the contest without permission, many individuals still participated in the contest and then paid the fine later.
Recently, people and the online community have spoken out against the phenomenon of some people who are said to be or claim to be artists, livestreaming false advertisements or defaming and insulting others, affecting the public's trust in the two words "artist". Vietnamese showbiz has too many titles such as: "King of Vietnamese music", "Princess of pop music", "Queen of catwalk", "Queen of lingerie"... These titles are self-proclaimed by someone, but many people think that most of them are due to the media.

The proposal of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to impose a "ban" and ban on artists involved in scandals has received strong support from the public and those in the industry. People believe that "banning" is the way to clean up Vietnamese showbiz.
The Ministry of Information and Communications recently agreed that "Vietnamese showbiz does not use the word "blockade" but uses the word "restriction of image". According to Mr. Le Quang Tu Do, Director of the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information, countries like China and South Korea have ways of dealing with artists that deviate from the norm such as boycotting, "blocking", and banning them from broadcasting. However, in Vietnam, the images of those artists will only be limited in the media, online and in stage performances.
According to insiders, this solution seems to be quite mild. However, with the power of the audience, who have the right to boycott and not support artists with inappropriate behavior, it is certainly the most effective measure to correct artists who have gone astray.
