- Chi Lang Park, Chi Lang Ward, Lang Son City has been in use for nearly ten years. The park is a familiar outdoor playground, attracting a large number of children every afternoon and evening. However, in recent years and up to now, the playground equipment has been seriously degraded, causing many parents and residents to worry about the risk of insecurity for children.

According to the reporter's records, many of the equipment and tools used for children's entertainment at the park have now deteriorated and are no longer safe to use. Specifically, there used to be 4 swings, but due to damage, only 1 remains, but the screws are missing, the chain is rusted and is at risk of slipping or breaking at any time.

There are 6 bouncy animals in the park, but up to now, 3 of them have completely broken iron springs and plastic bouncy animals, the remaining 2 are severely damaged, the rotating shaft is loose, not ensuring safe use.

The slide is a device with many parts assembled together, but in the past 3 years it has been degraded and damaged, with some locations missing screws, broken bodies, and water stagnating inside the slide for a long time, causing unsanitary conditions or affecting children's play activities. The railings on both sides of the slide are also cracked, broken, and in some places the barriers have been completely lost, creating gaps that are dangerous for children.
