Today, November 3, a source said that the People's Committee of Buon Ma Thuot City has just issued an official dispatch requesting an inspection of Mr. YSN - a cadastral officer of Hoa Phu commune.
Mr. N. was disciplined for using alcohol during lunch break on a working day; being absent from work without a valid reason; and not accepting documents when people came to contact him to resolve administrative procedures in the land sector.
Buon Ma Thuot City People's Committee also requested not to classify Mr. N. as having completed his tasks well or better in 2023.
In addition to Mr. N., the People's Committee of Buon Ma Thuot City also severely criticized and requested Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Phu Commune, Nguyen Huu Toan, to review and draw profound lessons. Mr. Toan was criticized because, with the role and responsibility of a leader in general management and operation, he allowed civil servants to violate the law.
Previously, on the afternoon of October 11, many people reported that the People's Committee of Hoa Phu commune did not process the people's files because the cadastral officer of this commune was busy "meeting the resolution". However, the verification result showed that Mr. N. was drinking at the house of a Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Phu commune. This Vice Chairman asked for leave from work on October 11.
Previously, the Standing Committee of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee issued a directive requiring cadres and Party members not to drink alcohol or beer from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on working days and on-duty days.
