Checking preparations for the 2024 Outstanding Student Recognition Ceremony

(Haiphong.gov.vn) - On the afternoon of November 8, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Khac Nam inspected the preparations for the 2024 Hai Phong City Outstanding Students Commendation Ceremony. Accompanying him were representatives of leaders of relevant departments, branches, units and localities.

The delegation inspected the field work of preparing for the ceremony to honor outstanding students of Hai Phong city in 2024.

With the theme "Hai Phong students - Bright knowledge, solid skills, building the country", the commendation and reporting ceremony combined with art performances will take place at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 9, 2024 at the National Special Relic Site of Cultural Celebrity Trang Trinh Nguyen Binh Khiem (Vinh Bao district). Before that, the incense offering ceremony will start from 12:00 to 16:45 at the Statue of Female General Le Chan (Hong Bang district), the Memorial House of Comrade Nguyen Duc Canh (An Duong district), the Statue of President Ho Chi Minh (Kien An district), the Temple and Monument of Cultural Celebrity Trang Trinh Nguyen Binh Khiem (Vinh Bao district).

Up to this point, preparations for the Commendation Ceremony have been basically completed. Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Khac Nam requested relevant departments, branches, units and localities to closely coordinate, review all preparations, ensure political security - social order and safety before, during and after the Ceremony. The Vice Chairman requested to arrange vehicles, emergency forces, ensure food hygiene and safety; stable power source; ensure security, order, traffic safety ... overcome the remaining limitations so that the Commendation Ceremony can take place solemnly, ensuring safety and effectiveness .
