The delegation inspected 3 examination sites: Van Ban High School No. 2, Van Ban District Boarding Secondary and High School for Ethnic Minorities, and Van Ban District High School No. 1.

The inspection content is about: candidates' exam conditions; facilities, means, and conditions for organizing the exam; plans to ensure security, order, safety, confidentiality, and traffic safety; work to ensure food hygiene and safety; plans to handle unusual situations (floods, landslides, etc.); work to thoroughly understand, disseminate, and study exam regulations.

Through inspection, it was found that at the examination sites, the arrangement of examination rooms, examination council offices and functional rooms such as medical rooms and waiting rooms for candidates were all carried out scientifically, ensuring conditions of area, light, ventilation and safety; the examination sites have developed backup plans for electricity; security and safety work has been strictly implemented...

The area for storing exam papers and test papers is arranged according to standards, with a 24/7 security camera system installed, directly connected to the police force for continuous monitoring, ensuring absolute safety for the exam papers.
