Inspect and supervise population work and the National Target Program at Quang Long Commune Health Station, Ha Lang Commune and Ha Lang Medical Center

On July 30, 2025, a working delegation of the Cao Bang Provincial Population Department led by Comrade Do Thi Chinh - Head of the Department inspected and supervised the implementation of population work at Quang Long Commune Health Station, Thanh Nhat Town Health Station (old) in Ha Lang Commune and Ha Lang Medical Center.

The working delegation of the Cao Bang Provincial Department of Population worked with officials of Ha Lang Medical Center .

The delegation inspected the implementation and disbursement of population activities under the National Target Program for Socio -Economic Development in Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas . The implementation of Decree No. 39/2015/ND-CP dated April 27, 2015 of the Government regulating support policies for poor women who are ethnic minorities . The implementation and disbursement of funds to implement Resolution No. 53/2021/NQ-HDND dated July 29, 2021 of the Cao Bang Provincial People's Council promulgating the Regulations on a number of policies to support population work in Cao Bang province for the period 2021-2030 ...

The inspection showed that the Medical Center and two Medical Stations have implemented population work according to the plan and instructions. Fully implemented the directive documents of the superiors, advised the Party Committee and local authorities, and effectively implemented population work in the area. The management of the use of free contraceptives was carried out according to the instructions. Well implemented the collection and updating of specialized population information in the A0 book and electronic data warehouse. Programs and projects were effectively maintained: Prenatal and newborn screening program, premarital health care and counseling, Project to control gender imbalance at birth, Project to care for the elderly ...

At the workplaces, the working delegation acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved in the local population work and population activities under the National Target Program for Socio-Economic Development in Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas. At the same time , the Center and Health Stations were requested to continue to develop plans and advise the Steering Committee to promote communication activities and population consultation , contributing to improving the quality of health services and serving people better and better.
