Field inspection, removing difficulties and obstacles at industrial parks in Tam Duong, Yen Lac and Binh Xuyen districts

On the morning of May 30, comrade Tran Duy Dong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, inspected the field and directed the removal of difficulties and obstacles in planning and investing in the development of infrastructure projects in industrial parks (IPs) in Tam Duong, Yen Lac and Binh Xuyen districts. Accompanying him were comrade Nguyen Thanh Tung, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Tam Duong District Party Committee; leaders of a number of relevant departments, agencies and leaders of Tam Duong and Yen Lac districts.

In Tam Duong district, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Duy Dong inspected the actual progress of site clearance, planning and investment in construction of 4 projects including Tam Duong I Industrial Park - Area 2; Tam Duong II Industrial Park - Area A; Tam Duong II Industrial Park - Area B; Tam Duong I Industrial Park - Area 3.

After listening to the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board, relevant departments and branches, Tam Duong district and investors in the infrastructure of the industrial parks in the area report on the progress of implementation, difficulties, obstacles and proposed solutions, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Duy Dong requested the locality to make more efforts to complete the compensation and site clearance work for the infrastructure projects of the industrial parks in the area, especially in the two industrial parks that already have investors.

Specifically, at Tam Duong I Industrial Park - Area 2, for resettlement areas, it is necessary to urgently implement bidding and construction procedures, complete plans for approving compensation and site clearance; complete land procedures for the Provincial People's Committee to serve as a basis for implementing land allocation procedures. The Provincial Land Development Fund prioritizes disbursement of funds for resettlement area projects. Agree to authorize Tam Duong district to decide on other support levels to complete compensation and site clearance work. Request the Industrial Park investor to coordinate with the Industrial Park Management Board, departments and branches to complete procedures for granting Investment Registration Certificates for the project; issue land rental prices for the Industrial Park. The Department of Agriculture and Environment coordinates and supports Tam Duong district to issue decisions to revoke the issued Land Use Right Certificates related to 24 violating land plots located on part of the main road of the Industrial Park.

For Tam Duong II Industrial Park - Area A, the Department of Agriculture and Environment is required to appraise and submit to the Provincial People's Committee for approval to adjust and supplement the compensation price for residential land for households and individuals.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested that investors in industrial park infrastructure speed up the investment progress to complete the infrastructure of industrial parks. The Provincial Industrial Park Management Board closely coordinates with departments, branches and localities to remove difficulties and obstacles in investment, construction, completion of industrial park infrastructure, and completion of renaming of industrial parks.

Previously, during a field inspection of the planned locations of 3 industrial parks including Binh Xuyen - Yen Lac I, Binh Xuyen - Yen Lac II and Yen Lac, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Duy Dong emphasized that the planned locations of the 3 industrial parks are all convenient in terms of transportation, have connections with other industrial parks in the province, and are very convenient for attracting investment and developing industry.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Duy Dong requested the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board to coordinate with relevant departments, branches and localities to promptly advise the Provincial People's Committee to approve the planning of these industrial parks, and at the same time carry out procedures to select investors to ensure capacity and experience, as a basis for attracting high-tech industries in accordance with the province's orientation.

In Binh Xuyen district, after inspecting the progress of the Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park project, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Duy Dong requested the investor of the industrial park infrastructure, relevant departments and branches, and Binh Xuyen district to closely coordinate and resolutely carry out compensation and site clearance work to start the project on the occasion of celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2, following the direction of the Prime Minister on simultaneously starting and inaugurating projects nationwide to celebrate the country's important event.
