Inspecting the construction of national standard schools in Thuan Chau

On April 12, the inspection delegation under Decision No. 1274/2025 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, led by Comrade Dinh Thi Bich Thao, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, worked with the Thuan Chau District Party Committee Standing Committee on the implementation results of Resolution No. 15/2020 of the 15th Son La Provincial Party Congress on the target of building national standard kindergartens and general schools by 2025.

According to the report, the Standing Committee of Thuan Chau District Party Committee has focused on leading and directing the dissemination and timely and full implementation of Resolution No. 15 of the 15th Congress of the Son La Provincial Party Committee on the target of building national standard kindergartens and general schools by 2025 to cadres, party members, union members, union members and people in the district. As a result, 100% of party cells and party committees organized learning and dissemination, with 8,969 party members, reaching over 99%. Directing and guiding schools on the roadmap for building national standard schools in the 2021-2025 period, proactively developing detailed plans for each item, reviewing the criteria and standards that have been achieved and not achieved and having appropriate solutions; doing a good job of mobilizing socialization and resources from the people to invest in building facilities and equipment for national standard schools. Up to now, Thuan Chau district has 52/83 schools meeting national standards, reaching 62.65%, exceeding 12.65% of the target set by the Resolution of the 21st District Party Congress, exceeding 2.41% of the target assigned by the Provincial People's Committee. Of which, 22/83 schools have met national standards at level 2, reaching 26.5%.

Thuan Chau District requested the Inspection Team to recommend to competent authorities to guide and prescribe a roadmap for the work of assessing and recognizing the quality of education and national standards on school facilities according to the criteria for schools meeting national standards as prescribed; and to supplement funds for investment in facilities for schools.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Dinh Thi Bich Thao requested Thuan Chau district to continue promoting propaganda, raising awareness and responsibility in educational development; maintaining and improving the quality of education; ensuring sustainable quality of universal education. Mobilizing the entire political system and the entire population to build schools that meet national standards; focusing on inspection and supervision of school units.../.
