Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Han visited and congratulated on Buddha's birthday

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Han presented gifts to Venerable Thach Sok Xane, Head of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in Tra Vinh province, and Abbot of Ang Pagoda.

Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and members of the delegation visited and congratulated the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of Tra Vinh province (at Luong Xuyen Pagoda, Ward 1) and Ang Pagoda (Ward 8).

At the places he visited, Comrade Le Van Han expressed his joy when Vietnam was chosen to successfully organize the United Nations Vesak Festival in 2025. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated and acknowledged the contributions of the Tra Vinh Buddhist Sangha in recent years to the social life in the province, especially in the fields of social security.
