On January 9, Mr. Le Hoang Chau, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Real Estate Association (HoREA), said that he had just sent 3 documents to the Prime Minister's Working Group and competent state agencies, proposing to consider removing legal obstacles for 3 real estate projects of 3 enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City and Hung Yen ; bringing the total number of commercial housing, social housing, and urban projects proposed by the association to 149 projects.
The first is the Phu My Ward High-rise Housing Project, District 7, invested by Hung Loc Phat Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company.
Based on the petition of this company, HoREA requests the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City to consider, promptly resolve and approve the local adjustment of the 1/2000 scale planning for the Phu My Ward Residential Area project (which has an approved 1/500 scale detailed planning), on the basis of updating the approved planning indicators in the 1/500 detailed planning project without having to re-explain the approved planning indicators, including population indicators.
Project of Hung Loc Phat Company
Next is the project of the Commercial Center and Luxury Apartment Complex on Ben Nghe Street, Tan Thuan Dong Ward, District 7 of Gotec Vietnam Company Limited (Gotec Company). Gotec Company proposed that the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Construction , the Ministry of Finance, the Prime Minister's Working Group, and the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City have strong instructions, requesting the Department of Construction of Ho Chi Minh City to resolve and issue a notice of eligibility to sell future housing to the company, to save the business in the current extremely difficult general context.
Finally, there is the food production and trading project of Yen My Food and Foodstuff Processing Joint Stock Company (Hung Yen province).
The problem of Yen My Food and Foodstuff Processing Joint Stock Company is the case of a state-owned enterprise equitizing when changing the land use purpose to a different one from the approved land use plan in the enterprise equitization plan. Or the state-owned enterprise equitization plan has not clearly stipulated or does not stipulate the land use plan, and the land use purpose can be adjusted when the project is in accordance with the approved planning.
Accordingly, HoREA also recommended that the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee request the Hung Yen Provincial People's Committee to consider the Yen My Company's proposal on the above-mentioned problems in order to have a written proposal to the ministries, branches, and the Government ... for consideration and guidance on how to resolve them.
