Speaking at the signing ceremony, Director of the Department of Transport Bui Hong Trung said that the software for monitoring exams and collecting fees without cash in driver's license tests will be implemented at the Da Nang Driver's License Testing Center to serve the management work of the Department of Transport in driver's license testing sessions in the city.
Accordingly, the software will be piloted from November 21, 2024 to February 21, 2025 at the Da Nang Driving Test Center.
The software for monitoring driving tests and collecting fees without cash was researched, developed, and comprehensively digitized by the Department of Transport according to the department's driving test procedures. It is implemented synchronously with Model 17 of Project 06, which monitors tests by accurately verifying candidate information from the national population database, combined with a fee and charge management system on the software, and flexible, convenient cashless payment methods via QR codes linked to each student.
"The software will assist the Department of Transport in optimizing the driver's license examination process, from fee collection and candidate control to the completion of the examination and issuance of driver's licenses to trainees," said Bui Hong Trung, Director of the Department of Transport.

With 30 years of establishment and development, MB is one of the leading banks in providing diverse and absolutely secure products and services; possessing a modern information technology infrastructure; and aggressively expanding into new market segments alongside the traditional market of a commercial bank.
Based on that, we invest heavily in high-tech digital platforms such as the MBBank App for individual customers, MBBank BIZ for SMEs, the MB SmartBank automated transaction model, and especially in developing and deploying products in the form of Banking as a Service (BaaS) to partners and businesses across all sectors.
“MB is one of the pioneering banks in Vietnam to apply the BaaS (Banking as a Service) model. BaaS marks a significant step in the digitalization of the banking industry, helping financial institutions connect flexibly with partners through APIs, thereby directly providing digital financial services on the partner's own platform. This model helps remove barriers in providing banking products and services, creating convenient and equal access to modern financial services for all customers, including those in remote areas…”
