Signing of land lease contract at Ninh Thuy Industrial Park

On November 19, Hoan Cau Van Phong Joint Stock Company coordinated with the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of Khanh Hoa province to organize a land lease contract signing ceremony at Ninh Thuy Industrial Park (Dong Ninh Hoa ward) with Miboo Heavy Industries Company Limited.

The two businesses signed the contract.

Accordingly, Hoan Cau Van Phong Joint Stock Company (investor of Ninh Thuy Industrial Park) leased 3 plots of land to Miboo Heavy Industries Company Limited for a period of 20 years from the date of signing to implement the Miboo International Shipbuilding project, specializing in manufacturing structural components for the shipbuilding industry, initially supplying to Hyundai Vietnam Factory... The project is expected to use 12 hectares of land to build 3 assembly and processing factories; 3 paint factories and a warehouse of imported materials.

It is known that Ninh Thuy Industrial Park has attracted 30 investment projects. Of which, Miboo Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. is a 100% foreign-owned enterprise. Since 2009, the enterprise has invested in a factory to produce, process, and install complete components, pipes, and steel structures at Suoi Dau Industrial Park (Cam Lam commune). At the end of July 2025, the enterprise was granted an Investment Registration Certificate by the Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Park Management Board to adjust the factory expansion at Suoi Dau Industrial Park according to a simplified process, reducing 50% of the time to process procedures compared to before.
