The Military Training Department - The school has developed a training program and training schedule for walking and military vehicles at the National Military Training Center 4. At the same time, it has deployed tasks for teachers of Army Officer School 1 and Army Officer School 2, inspected and guided units to monitor results, promptly draw lessons, and take measures to improve training quality.
By June 6, the units had brought forces and vehicles to assembly areas, preparing to organize concentrated and joint training at 5 clusters.
Concluding the conference, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia requested the Navy to develop a plan to organize a parade of armed forces at sea; complete the system of documents (preliminary review plan, general review plan...) in accordance with regulations; organize a good plan to ensure communication and image transmission to the National Military Training Center 4 and Ba Dinh Square.
The deployed forces organized well the training in block formations, cluster training, and combined training of the armed forces at Ba Dinh Square according to plan.
Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia noted that it is necessary to closely coordinate with the Police and Hanoi City in traffic regulation, lane division; organize mobile vehicle inspections before performing tasks to adjust the time appropriately; command the combined forces at the training clusters to the locations for general training, preliminary review, and final rehearsal; perform official tasks to ensure strictness and absolute safety.
Training forces participating in parades and marches need to pay attention to closely coordinating with local units, unifying regulations on entering and exiting barracks; well organizing the work of stationing troops, patrolling, guarding, and controlling the military, strictly maintaining order and regime, entering and exiting barracks according to regulations, ensuring absolute safety.
In addition, the forces continue to coordinate with local authorities to ensure training grounds; divide training areas for units; and support preparation work for units located far away and without the material conditions to prepare training grounds.
