
At the program, the Club members and delegates reviewed the tradition of International Day for Persons with Disabilities; evaluated the results of the Club's activities in 2025. Organized a signing ceremony between the Club connecting the hearts of Persons with Disabilities Cao Bang Cao Bang Veterans Association with the aim of strengthening solidarity and promoting the spirit of mutual support and assistance in the management and operation of the Club, social activities, volunteer activities... Thereby, promoting the activities of the Club and the Cao Bang Veterans Association to become increasingly stronger.
International Day for Persons with Disabilities (December 3) was officially announced by the United Nations in 1992 to honor the role and contributions of persons with disabilities and affirm the commitment to the right to full and equal participation in all areas of social life. International Day for Persons with Disabilities in 2025 with the theme: "Promoting an inclusive society for the progress of the whole community" continues to emphasize the spirit of "Empowerment - Inclusion - Sustainable Development", affirming the important role of persons with disabilities in the process of building a fair, sustainable society and leaving no one behind.

The Cao Bang Disabled People's Hearts Connection Club was established in July 2023 under the Provincial Red Cross Society, currently with 31 members and 8 volunteers. The club was established with the aim of connecting, gathering, supporting and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of PWDs; supporting capacity building, vocational training, job creation, improving material and spiritual life and actively participating in social activities. Thereby, contributing to protecting the legitimate rights and interests of PWDs, adding motivation for PWDs to overcome difficulties, rise up in life, reducing the burden on families and society.
In 2025, the Club will present 100 gifts to children in especially difficult circumstances; present 5 gifts to policy beneficiaries, offer incense to commemorate heroic martyrs on the occasion of War Invalids and Martyrs Day, July 27; donate 50 sets of books and notebooks to students in difficult circumstances in response to the "Going to school with you" activity; present star lanterns to children at the Provincial Social Protection Center; support the "Love Wardrobe" at the Provincial General Hospital; connect with a number of volunteer groups to bring relief supplies to people affected by storms and floods.
On this occasion, the Vietnam Volunteer Community (VNV) awarded certificates and gifts to club members and volunteers with outstanding achievements in club activities and volunteer activities; volunteer organizations and clubs presented gifts to members of the Cao Bang Disabled Hearts Connection Club.
