Celebrating the 84th anniversary of the founding of Ho Chi Minh Children's Team

In his commemorative speech, Deputy Secretary of the City Youth Union, Chairman of the Hanoi City Youth Union Council Dao Duc Viet emphasized that after 84 years of establishment and development, the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Team has become a strong organization, constantly innovating in content and form of activities. From war to peacetime, the movements and campaigns of the Team have always been associated with meaningful work, contributingto educating children, studying, training, doing good deeds to help families, communities and contributing to building the homeland and country.

The Hanoi Youth Union is proud to be a typical unit, always pioneering in initiating and implementing many practical and effective emulation movements. Typical examples include: Movements "Capital children compete to follow Uncle Ho's 5 teachings", "Capital children are elegant and civilized", "Children's playground", "Friendly toilets", "Children's libraries in apartment buildings"... These activities not only contribute to taking care of the spiritual and physical life of children but also educate the young generation of the Capital about community awareness and social responsibility.

According to Chairman of the Hanoi City Youth Union Dao Duc Viet, the children have also achieved many outstanding achievements in studying, scientific research, arts, and sports domestically and internationally, contributing to glorifying the capital of a thousand years of culture. Many of them are typical children of the capital who were honored as "Uncle Ho's Good Children" at the 2025 Uncle Ho's Good Children Congress and many other titles such as: "Typical Young Faces of the Capital", "Dutiful Children", "Mirror of May 15"... These are brilliant flowers in the emulation flower garden of the capital's children respectfully offering to beloved Uncle Ho".

At the program, the City Youth Union - Hanoi City Young Pioneer Council commended and rewarded 13 collectives and 55 individuals who made positive contributions to the organization of the 15th Uncle Ho's Good Children Congress in Hanoi in 2025; awarded Certificates of Merit to 20 outstanding units in the "Uncle Ho's Good Children - Owners of Thang Long" Art Festival; awarded prizes to 20 children who won the "I Love Vietnam Fatherland" painting contest.
