Up to now, the promotion of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style has made the entire Party, the entire people and the entire army increasingly aware of the basic contents and great values of his ideology, morality and style. Party committees at all levels have truly considered the implementation as an important task, a leading solution in the work of Party building and rectification. Thereby promoting the role of responsibility and exemplary role of leaders in sectors, levels, agencies, units and localities. The study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style has been deeply included in Party cell activities. Party committees at all levels regularly inspect and evaluate the implementation of the commitment to self-cultivation, training and striving of cadres and Party members in an objective and true manner. Seriously implement and improve the quality of self-criticism and criticism; thereby promoting the pioneering and exemplary role of cadres and party members, first of all leaders and managers at all levels. Resolutely preventing, combating, stopping and repelling the degradation of political ideology, ethics, lifestyle and other negative manifestations among cadres and party members has contributed to taking care of building cadres at all levels, especially heads of party committees of agencies and units to be truly exemplary, clean and strong agencies and units; strengthening internal political protection work, stepping up the fight to prevent and repel the degradation of political ideology, ethics and lifestyle of cadres and party members...

In the coming years, it is forecasted that the world and domestic situation will continue to have rapid, complex, and unpredictable developments, creating both opportunities, advantages, and difficulties and challenges; posing many new issues, requiring our Party more than ever to be truly steadfast, to maintain its revolutionary and scientific nature, to be closely attached to the people, and to be trusted and loved by the people. Among many contents and solutions to build and rectify the Party; the implementation of "Promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and lifestyle" must be considered a particularly important, top-notch, and regular task of Party organizations and Party members; and one of the important criteria for evaluating, reviewing, and classifying grassroots Party organizations, Party members, civil servants, public employees, workers, union members, and association members annually. Studying, thoroughly grasping and implementing, must make the cadres and party members increasingly aware of the role and responsibility of individuals in performing public duties, always upholding the pioneering and exemplary role in patriotic emulation movements, in performing and completing assigned tasks well; raising awareness of self-cultivation, training of political qualities, ethics, lifestyle, honesty, responsibility, attachment to the people, uniting to build strong party cells, agencies and units; practicing self-criticism and criticism; complying with the policies, laws and guidelines of the Party and the State; uniting and successfully implementing the resolutions of the Party congresses at all levels. Each cadre, party member, union member and association member must truly be a propagandist, proactively and widely propagandizing to the people, first of all relatives and families about the annual thematic contents; mobilize the masses and people to actively participate in monitoring the implementation of cadres and party members... to create a strong and widespread influence among cadres, party members, union members, association members and people of all walks of life, improve the effectiveness of task implementation; create a relationship of solidarity and cohesion; grassroots democracy as well as democracy in each agency and unit.

Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style not only makes each Party member worthy of the role and mission of leading the Vietnamese revolution and the trust of the people, but also contributes to building our Party to be truly clean and strong, building an even closer relationship between the Party and the people, so that the Party is worthy of "being the leader, the truly loyal servant of the people" as Uncle Ho advised.

To implement better, Party committees and organizations at all levels must have more specific and detailed plans. Link the study and follow of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style with the implementation of the Resolution of the 4th Central Committee (12th tenure) on Party building and rectification to the actual situation, contributing to promoting socio-economic development, preventing and repelling ideological, political, moral and lifestyle degradation, manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party, contributing to building a clean and strong Party organization. Resolutely rectify the leadership and direction of implementation in places that are not good. Thoroughly overcome copying in writing reports, commitment to self-cultivation, training and striving, not attached to the assigned position, responsibilities and tasks, especially the role and responsibility of the leader. Evaluation and classification of Party organizations and Party members must be based on the evaluation of the study and follow of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style. Strictly criticize cadres and party members, especially leaders and managers who have not fulfilled their exemplary responsibilities, have committed shortcomings, and are evasive in identifying and handling signs of degradation; are deferential, afraid of conflict, and afraid of responsibility...
