Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Agriculture and Environment to direct the Forest Protection Sub-Department to coordinate with relevant units to inspect, clarify and strictly handle the leveling and encroachment of forest land by people in the forest area under the management of the Suoi Can Forest Protection Management Station. For Langbiang Ward - Da Lat, coordinate with relevant agencies to organize patrols, carry out the management of construction order, land, and forest protection in the area according to regulations.

Previously, on August 6, the Da Nhim Protective Forest Management Board sent a document requesting the authorities to investigate and clarify the case of an officer of the Suoi Can Forest Protection Management Station being threatened by a strange man.

Accordingly, at 10:00 a.m. on August 5, a group of 5 men drove to the headquarters of the Suoi Can Forest Protection Management Station. There, 1 of the 5 strange men continuously cursed, used his hand to push into the head, and threatened Mr. Pham Cong Nguyen, Head of the Suoi Can Forest Protection Management Station. The incident only ended when people present at the headquarters of the Suoi Can Forest Management Station came to stop it.

According to the Da Nhim Protective Forest Management Board, previously, the Suoi Can Forest Protection Management Station discovered the illegal leveling of forest land in sub-area 227A, so they inspected and handled it. On August 4, the authorities organized enforcement, seized evidence related to the violation and organized reforestation on the illegally leveled land location.

On August 5, a stranger believed to be involved in the above incident came to the Suoi Can Forest Protection Management Station to quarrel with and threaten the officers.
