Lam Dong organizes "Cultural Day in Hanoi 2025" - Connecting potentials, promoting cooperation

On the afternoon of May 6, in Hanoi, the People's Committee of Lam Dong province held a press conference to introduce the event "Lam Dong Cultural Day in Hanoi - 2025". This is an important cultural activity to promote the unique cultural values, people and tourism of Da Lat - Lam Dong to the people of the capital as well as domestic and foreign tourists.

Speaking at the press conference, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Dinh Van Tuan said that the event is an opportunity for Da Lat - Lam Dong to continue affirming its position as a high-quality tourism center, a "safe, civilized, friendly" destination. At the same time, the event is an opportunity to promote titles such as "Vietnam's Flower Festival City", "UNESCO Creative City of Music " and "ASEAN Clean Tourism City".

The event also aims to introduce the unique culture of ethnic minorities in Lam Dong to Hanoi residents and visitors.

Mr. Dinh Van Tuan emphasized that in the coming time, when Lam Dong province (Lam Dong, Binh Thuan, Dak Nong) is merged, Lam Dong province will have the largest area in the country, creating great room for development in all fields. With advantages in nature, culture, economy and society, Lam Dong is ready to welcome investors, tourists and people.

“Lam Dong Cultural Day in Hanoi 2025” will take place with a series of rich activities such as: the opening program combined with the art performance “A glimpse of Lam Dong in Hanoi”; Lam Dong province’s culture - tourism - trade connection forum 2025; Investment, trade and tourism promotion conference; Lam Dong - Da Lat province planning exhibition; space to display OCOP products, architecture, heritage, tourism, culture and typical tea products.

In particular, the Culture - Tourism - Trade Connection Forum will focus on introducing Lam Dong's potential and strengths, positioning its tourism brand and typical products in the domestic and international markets. The event is expected to be an important bridge to help Lam Dong businesses access the market, expand cooperation, boost exports, develop e-commerce and enhance socio-economic values.

Through the event, Lam Dong continues to aim to become a unique tourist destination, combining resort, ecology, culture and creativity; at the same time preserving traditional values, encouraging the development of high-quality tourism products and services associated with regional characteristics.
