The Trade Union of RFTECH Thai Nguyen Company Limited (Diem Thuy Industrial Park) visited and presented financial support to Ms. To Thi Lon, a union member suffering from a serious illness.

In the journey of accompanying workers in the province, the trade union organization not only plays a role during holidays and Tet but also promptly appears when union members and workers need it most - when unfortunately they are sick, have an accident, or have sudden difficulties "knock on the door".

For example, Ms. To Thi Lon, a union member of RFTECH Thai Nguyen Company Limited (Diem Thuy Industrial Park) unfortunately suffered from a serious illness. With the spirit of “mutual love” and solidarity, the Company’s Union called on and mobilized union members to donate over 40.6 million VND and visited her at home to give her support money.

Ms. Lon emotionally said: The gift I received was not only material but also the affection and care of everyone in the Company. This is the motivation for me to recover soon and return to work...

Not only stopping at visiting and giving gifts to workers and laborers in difficult circumstances, during this year's Workers' Month, many grassroots unions in the province also organized "Union Meals" - a simple but meaningful activity, bringing a sense of reunion and sharing with workers.

Recently, the Trade Union of Sanshan Optical Vietnam Co., Ltd. and Outlook International Group Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Yen Binh Industrial Park) organized the program "Trade Union Meal" right at the enterprise's collective cafeteria. This is a practical activity, demonstrating the deep concern of the trade union organization for the material and spiritual life of union members and employees.

Here, workers not only have meals with leaders and union officials, but also participate in cultural exchanges, receive gifts of encouragement and share sincere stories of daily life. According to the representative of the grassroots union, the "Union Meal" is not only a collective meal but also an opportunity to connect the feelings between workers, between workers and their representative organizations; creating more motivation for workers to stay long-term and contribute more to the company.

Along with organizing practical activities to care for workers during Workers' Month, the work of developing union members and establishing trade union organizations in enterprises continues to be focused on by the Labor Federation at all levels in Thai Nguyen.

For example, at the end of April, the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union held a conference to announce the decision to establish grassroots trade unions at two enterprises: Dong Bac Mining Joint Stock Company and CEM Vietnam Smart Technology Company Limited.

Accordingly, the representative of the provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union directly presented the establishment decision, and at the same time shared the operational orientation and task instructions for the newly-formed grassroots trade union Executive Committee.

Leaders of the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union presented gifts to workers in difficult circumstances at Dong Bac Mining Joint Stock Company (Song Cong City).

With the theme “Vietnamese workers are pioneers entering a new era”, this year’s Workers’ Month is not only an occasion to show gratitude to the workforce who are working day and night in all fields, but also a strong affirmation of the pioneering role of the working class in the period of digital transformation and international integration.

In the context of the country promoting industrialization and modernization associated with digital technology , workers are not only the ones directly operating the production line and producing material wealth, but also the subjects of innovation, creativity, and quick adaptation to new technologies, new processes, and new markets.

Therefore, Workers' Month 2025 is organized with many diverse and in-depth activities: from dialogue between workers and employers, propaganda on occupational safety and hygiene, digital skills training, to launching initiatives and creativity in production.

A bright spot in this year's Workers' Month in the province is the synchronous and responsible participation of businesses. Mr. Tran Anh Tu, Chairman of the Trade Union of Hoang Hai Construction and Trading Company Limited (Thai Nguyen City), shared: Every year we organize activities to care for workers during Workers' Month. Because caring for workers is also caring for the future of the business. And we believe that when workers feel secure in their work and have a creative spirit, the business will always be strong.

According to Mr. Doan Manh Thang, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, through Workers' Month, the trade union organization wishes to spread the spirit of solidarity, responsibility and aspiration to rise up, so that each worker feels cared for, honored and motivated to contribute to the sustainable development of the enterprise, the province and the country.

Workers' Month 2025 in Thai Nguyen has been taking place enthusiastically, bringing many practical benefits to workers. From specific and practical actions such as: A gift of encouragement, a warm meal, a dialogue of sharing - Workers' Month has contributed to deepening the relationship between trade unions, enterprises and workers.
