Bat Xat district leaders visit families of victims who died in natural disasters

On the afternoon of May 12, the working delegation of Bat Xat district visited, encouraged and provided support to the family of Ms. Chao Su May (born in 1994), residing in Ky Cong Ho village, Tong Sanh commune, who was a victim of natural disaster.

The delegation visited, expressed deep condolences, and encouraged the victims' relatives to soon overcome the pain and stabilize their lives.

Along with that, the district leaders requested the local Party Committee and authorities to promptly complete procedures and documents to support the victims' families according to regulations; fully count the damage caused by floods to people and property, report to the District People's Committee for consideration, thereby providing timely support, helping people overcome the consequences of natural disasters, quickly stabilize their lives.

Previously, at around 9:15 p.m. on May 10, while visiting the fields, Ms. Chao Su May was swept away by floodwaters. Her body was found at 10 p.m. the same day.

According to statistics, the flood that occurred on the night of May 10 damaged 0.3 hectares of corn in Ta Ho village in Tong Sanh commune; 4 buffaloes of a household in Ta Tong Sanh village were struck dead by lightning.
