Leaders of Tan Hung district visited and celebrated the traditional Chol Chnam Thmay New Year, Cambodia

On April 8, a delegation of leaders of Tan Hung district led by Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tiep - Secretary of the District Party Committee, together with leaders of Tan Hong district and Hong Ngu city, Dong Thap province, visited and wished a happy new year to leaders of Kampong Trabek district and Preah Sdach district, Pray Veng province, Kingdom of Cambodia on the occasion of the traditional Chol Chnam Thmay New Year.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tiep - Secretary of Tan Hung District Party Committee presented gifts to the Cambodian district on the occasion of the traditional Chol Chnam Thmay New Year.

Over the years, the solidarity, friendship and cooperation between Long An and Dong Thap provinces with Pray Veng province in general and the districts and cities in particular have been maintained and nurtured continuously. The border districts and cities have been actively implementing the important contents signed in the cooperation minutes.

Through conferences and visits between the Government and armed forces on both sides of the border, a friendly neighborly relationship has been created, supporting each other in many aspects; coordinating to maintain security, order and social safety on the border, creating favorable conditions for people to visit relatives and exchange goods, etc.

Mr. Le Thanh Yen - Vice Chairman of Tan Hung District People's Committee presented gifts to the Cambodian district on the occasion of the traditional Chol Chnam Thmay New Year.

With those meaningful activities, it has contributed to tightening and affirming the traditional relationship, solidarity, friendship and cooperation that has always been focused on consolidating and developing well between the Government, armed forces and people of Vietnam - Cambodia in general, and the border districts and cities in particular.

Tan Hung District Military Command presented gifts to the neighboring Cambodian district on the occasion of the traditional Chol Chnam Thmay New Year.

Song Trang Border Guard Station gives gifts to neighboring Cambodian district on the occasion of Chol Chnam Thmay traditional New Year.

On the occasion of the traditional New Year of the Cambodian people, the leaders of Tan Hung district, Long An province and the leaders of Tan Hong district, Hong Ngu city, Dong Thap province sent their best wishes to the country and people of Cambodia for prosperity and well-being; and wished for the solidarity, friendship and cooperation between the Government and people of Long An province, Dong Thap province with Pray Veng province as well as neighboring districts and cities to always be good and sustainable.

Agencies and units of Tan Hung district gave gifts to neighboring Cambodian district on the occasion of the traditional Chol Chnam Thmay New Year.

On this occasion, leaders of the District Party Committee, People's Committee, armed forces and agencies and units of Tan Hung district, Tan Hong district and Hong Ngu city presented gifts to leaders and armed forces of Kampong Trabek district and Preah Sdach district, Pray Veng province./.
