Luong The Vinh High School for the Gifted was established on October 14, 1994, the first specialized school in Dong Nai province. Over the years, Luong The Vinh High School for the Gifted has continuously grown and affirmed its position as one of the leading flags in teaching and learning of the education and training sector of Dong Nai province, especially in the achievements of excellent students at the provincial and national levels.
The school’s teaching staff and many teachers were honored to receive noble awards and titles. Many former students of the school have now become successful leaders, scientists , doctors, engineers, businessmen, etc. working at home and abroad. In particular, many students continue the career of cultivating people, returning to school with their former teachers to continue the tradition of good teaching and good learning of the school.

Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang suggested: In the context of fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training today, the school needs to continue to make more efforts, with the following key tasks: The school's teaching staff actively study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, striving for each teacher to be an example of self-study and creativity for students to follow. With the school's slogan "Where knowledge is, we reach there", each teacher needs to constantly study to improve professional qualifications, innovate teaching methods and equip many professional skills to meet the requirements of educational breakthrough development in the new period.

The school needs to continue to maintain and improve the quality of its spearhead, promote the strengths of the specialized school, create the best conditions for talented students to be nurtured, trained, and participate in national and international playgrounds. Focus on strongly innovating teaching methods applying digital technology, artificial intelligence, scientific research thinking, and the spirit of innovation and creativity of students.
The provincial leaders also noted that schools need to pay attention to building a civilized and disciplined educational environment, maintaining internal solidarity and standard behavior. Each teacher is a role model of morality, self-study and creativity; each student is a young person with ambition and responsibility. Pay attention to comprehensive education for students, not only good at knowledge but also training in life skills, soft skills, physical fitness, foreign languages, and international integration skills.

On this occasion, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang awarded 30 scholarships (each worth 10 million VND) from the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to students with excellent academic achievements and 10 million VND from Mr. Vu Hong Van, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation to the school.
