With the joint efforts of the business community, the socio -economic situation in the province in the first 9 months of the year continued to maintain a good growth momentum. The growth rate of total product in the province is estimated at 8.61% (ranked 11th out of 34 provinces and cities; 2nd in the North Central sub-region) ; State budget revenue is 20,015 billion VND, equal to 129.7% of the same period . Investment attraction continues to be a bright spot with 55 newly licensed projects, capital adjustment for 42 projects; total newly licensed and increased capital is 33,836 billion VND . Of which, 15 newly licensed FDI projects with total registered investment capital of 213.3 million USD, capital adjustment for 14 projects; total newly licensed and adjusted capital is 869.1 million USD . The whole province has newly established 2,452 enterprises (up 48.7% over the same period) with total registered capital of 29,685 billion VND; 616 enterprises have resumed operations...
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh spoke at the Program
Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh said that with the motto "the government accompanies businesses" to create favorable conditions, support business development and consider the success of businesses as common success, in recent times the province has implemented many synchronous solutions, promoted policy communication in the direction of "easy access, easy understanding, easy implementation", and provided legal support, removed difficulties for businesses... to build a creative government, taking people and businesses as the center of service .

The structure, scale and field of operation have changed in accordance with the economic restructuring; the efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises have been improved. Up to now, the province has nearly 17,500 operating enterprises; enterprises have made important contributions to the growth and socio-economic stability of the province, creating jobs for more than 400,000 workers with an average salary of about 7.1 million VND/person/month, contributing about more than 60% of the total state budget revenue . On the Government side, provincial leaders determined to always accompany and share with businesses . will continue to focus on directing the strong improvement of the business investment environment; strictly implementing the principle of "creative and serving government"; listening to and promptly resolving difficulties and obstacles for businesses, protecting property rights, ensuring investment safety and creating a transparent, fair, trustworthy and low-cost business environment. At the same time, the province will continue to pay attention to infrastructure investment, promoting digital transformation, administrative reform, developing high-quality human resources, creating the most favorable conditions for businesses to feel secure in production, business and long-term investment.
On the business side, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee wants businesses to build, nurture and develop a team of Nghe An businessmen who are ambitious, brave, intelligent, have heart, vision and business ethics, not only know how to get rich legitimately but also pioneer in contributing to the prosperous development of their homeland. In addition, businesses should boldly point out specific barriers and difficulties; propose solutions, honestly and promptly reflect negative manifestations, harassment, illegal acts of cadres and civil servants that cause difficulties for businesses and make recommendations for the authorities to promptly handle and resolve.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested leaders of departments, branches, sectors and localities to innovate leadership methods, grasp the area, regularly listen, absorb and thoroughly resolve the recommendations of enterprises; care, share and accompany enterprises, instead of rigid administrative management, they must switch to a service model, creating for enterprises in production and business activities.
