The Green Garden Urban Area Project is a key project of the province with a total investment of over 1,200 billion VND. The total area to be recovered for the project is 37.44 hectares of 106 households, individuals and 2 organizations.
According to the report of Dong Kinh Ward People's Committee, the units have issued land recovery notices to 79 households and 2 organizations with an area of 29.06 hectares, reaching 77.6% of the area requiring land clearance. Of which, 40 cases with 19.57 hectares have been completed measuring and counting. In addition, 8.49 hectares of 39 cases are in the process of being counted. For the remaining area of the project, which is about 6.8 hectares, the units will carry out land clearance from 2026.
During the inspection, the units supplemented and clarified difficulties and obstacles affecting the progress of the project's site clearance such as: some households have not yet coordinated in the counting; the relocation of graves is still slow; some households have not agreed with the unit price of compensation and land support; the implementation of project-related documents and procedures is still slow...
The units have proposed solutions to speed up the project implementation progress such as: further promoting propaganda work, mobilizing people to coordinate in counting and handing over the site; strengthening coordination between Dong Kinh Ward People's Committee and investors in implementing documents and procedures to adjust the project implementation policy as well as land allocation procedures; Department of Agriculture and Environment speeds up the appraisal of documents and procedures on land related to the project.
Concluding the inspection session, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged the efforts of the units in implementing the land acquisition and clearance for the Green Garden Urban Area project in the past time. To ensure the completion of the land acquisition and clearance work in the fourth quarter of 2025, he requested: The Department of Agriculture and Environment to urgently guide and urge the project investor and units to complete the documents and procedures for land allocation for the area that has completed land acquisition and clearance in October 2025; The Department of Finance reviews and reports to the Provincial People's Committee to consider the implementation of documents and procedures for adjusting the investment policy no later than October 15.
Dong Kinh Ward People's Committee focuses on accelerating the implementation of project site clearance work. In particular, it is necessary to speed up the progress of developing specific land prices and focus on propagating and mobilizing the remaining households to coordinate in measuring and counting in October 2025. At the same time, properly handle petitions and complaints related to the project to create consensus from the people.
The investor completes the procedural documents to start the project in November 2025. At the same time, continue to closely coordinate with the People's Committee of Dong Kinh Ward and related units to complete the site clearance work for the remaining area of the project.
