These are Phung Hung Street (from Dang Thai Than to Trieu Quang Phuc); Trieu Quang Phuc Street (from Phung Hung to Nguyen Trai); Tran Van Ky Street (from Khanh Ninh Bridge to Le Dai Hanh); Le Dai Hanh Street (from Tran Van Ky to Nguyen Trai); Nguyen Trai Street (from Le Dai Hanh to Vinh Loi Bridge).
Ong Ich Khiem Street (from Cua Ngan to Doan Thi Diem); Doan Thi Diem Street (from Ong Ich Khiem to Dinh Cong Trang); Dinh Cong Trang Street (from Doan Thi Diem to Dinh Tien Hoang); Dinh Tien Hoang Street (from Dinh Cong Trang to Tran Hung Dao). Phu Xuan District People's Committee has also installed a maximum speed limit sign of 30km/h on the route from Cua Ngan to Ong Ich Khiem Street before.
“The installation of speed limit signs on the roads has been carefully studied by the district, the Department of Construction, the City Police, the Hue Monuments Conservation Center and specialized agencies to reach a consensus on implementation,” said Mr. Nguyen Viet Bang, Acting Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Xuan District.
Along with the installation of speed signs, units and localities coordinated to reorganize traffic on Doan Thi Diem, Dang Thai Than, Han Thuyen, Nguyen Chi Dieu, Dinh Cong Trang, and Le Truc streets to ensure traffic safety for people and vehicles participating in traffic in the area.
Previously, Hue Today Newspaper had an article related to this issue. A series of 4-wheeled electric vehicles carrying tourists to visit historical sites and scenic spots around Hue Imperial City had to stop operating because there were no signs limiting the speed according to regulations of 30km/h.
Currently, in Hue City, there are more than 55 electric tourist buses operated by 2 businesses. The main operating area is around the Hue Imperial City (Phu Xuan District).
