Nhu Xuan District Labor Federation organizes many activities on Workers' Month

Workers' Month and Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Health in 2025 have the theme "Vietnamese Workers Pioneer Entering a New Era" and "Strengthening assessment, identification of hazards and risks and proactively implementing measures to ensure occupational safety and health at the workplace".

During this year's Workers' Month, the Nhu Xuan District Labor Federation focused on disseminating, thoroughly understanding, studying and implementing documents related to the 2019 Labor Law and new points of the Trade Union Law in conjunction with disseminating new policies and laws related to the rights of union members and workers. At the same time, promoting activities to care for and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers, especially workers in particularly difficult circumstances. At the same time, honoring and praising outstanding workers in patriotic emulation movements...

Comrade Le Van Thuan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council and leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor and the District Federation of Labor presented the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of LHD Joint Stock Company.

At the ceremony, the District Labor Federation announced the Decision to establish the Labor Union of LHD Joint Stock Company (Bai Tranh commune).

Speaking at the launching ceremony, comrade Nguyen Minh Canh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor, praised the results that the trade union organization and workers of Nhu Xuan district have achieved in recent years; at the same time, requested authorities at all levels to continue to coordinate in propagating and implementing well the legal regulations on occupational safety and health, paying attention to the material and spiritual life, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.

Enterprises and employers must comply with labor and trade union laws and regulations, and resolve policies and regimes for employees.

For workers, it is necessary to actively respond and participate in activities of Workers' Month and Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Health.

District leaders and the Provincial Federation of Labor presented gifts to union members in difficult circumstances.

On this occasion, the Provincial Federation of Labor presented 61.5 million VND to the Nhu Xuan District Federation of Labor to support union members in difficult circumstances and those suffering from serious illnesses. The District Federation of Labor presented 15 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances with a total value of 19.5 million VND.
