On November 2, at Au Co Art Center, Hanoi City, the Organizing Committee of the 20th National Youth and Children's Creativity Competition in 2024 held a closing and award ceremony. Ha Giang province had 2 topics awarded, including 1 Third Prize and 1 Encouragement Prize.

Third Prize went to the topic "Applying 4.0 technology to build a complete learning model in Ha Giang, the northernmost place of Vietnam" by 3 students: Hoang Minh Thu, Nguyen Tran Lan Nhi, Loc Minh Tri, students of Tam Son Town Secondary School, Quan Ba District. This is a model of learning tools applying 4.0 technology, with 11 functions used as visual aids in local and extracurricular lessons, integrated into history, geography, literature, and fine arts subjects.
The National Youth and Children's Creativity Competition is organized annually nationwide by the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations. This is a scientific playground for students of youth and children aged 6 to 19 years old. The purpose is to awaken potential, promote thinking and creativity to help students improve their knowledge, practice skills, and build dreams to become scientists and inventors in the future.
This year's contest has a total of 908 entries from 58 provinces and cities across the country in 5 areas: School supplies, computer software, environmentally friendly products, household appliances and children's toys, environmental protection and economic development. The jury has selected 106 entries to award prizes, including: 1 special prize, 5 first prizes, 10 second prizes, 30 third prizes and 60 consolation prizes.
