On November 27, the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province issued a plan to build a mascot cluster for the year of At Ty 2025, decorate the Nguyen Sinh Sac - Nguyen Tat Thanh monument campus and display photos to celebrate the spring of At Ty 2025 at Nguyen Tat Thanh Square (Quy Nhon City).
5-headed Naga snake relief
Accordingly, the mascot symbol of the year of At Ty is inspired by the image of the 5-headed Naga snake god, 5 m high, vividly simulated, bearing the unique features of Champa Binh Dinh culture; using sound, light and steam effects to create an impressive mysterious scene. The secondary mascot symbol cluster (back - facing the sea) has a modern stylized shape following the digital transformation and technology trends of the future; behind the mascot cluster is the image of a pair of clenched hands symbolizing the solidarity and determination of Binh Dinh to catch up with the trend of technology 4.0.
With the theme "Flower Garden of Martial Arts Land", the wave-shaped welcome gate is the highlight for the innovation when entering the exhibition area, arranging typical martial arts postures of Binh Dinh, some marine resources and typical products of the mountainous region of Binh Dinh (La Vuong sim, Hoai An grapefruit, An Lao wine...).
Create 2 large snake mascots with a length of over 30 m
In the display area inside the flower garden, there are two large snake mascots with a length of over 30 m. The upper right part of the sculpture is decorated with Binh Dinh's unique products; on the left are digital technology applications, AI products and a cluster of sculptures with the aspirations of reaching far and high of Binh Dinh's young generation.

The area on both sides of the main mascot cluster is arranged with two clusters of symbols bearing the cultural identity of Binh Dinh, including: a cluster of stylized characters performing Tay Son drums and a cluster of characters performing Tuong with a cheerful style; the display areas are arranged with a system of decorative shelves creating walkways on both sides of the corner with a unique space.
The entire flower garden area displaying the mascot is about 120 m long and 40 m wide, with more than 40,000 flower pots of more than 30 species and diverse colors.
The area of the Nguyen Sinh Sac - Nguyen Tat Thanh statue and the photo exhibition celebrating the spring of At Ty 2025 is arranged and decorated with beautiful spring trees and flowers, combined with the display of 60 - 80 spring photos.
The mascot symbol of the year of At Ty 2025 will be inaugurated on January 21, 2025 (ie December 22, Giap Thin year); displayed from January 21 to February 9, 2025 (December 22, Giap Thin year to January 12, At Ty year).
This activity aims to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere to serve people to celebrate the traditional New Year, create a highlight for tourism, attract tourists to Quy Nhon City during the spring of At Ty 2025; at the same time, introduce the province's socio -economic achievements in 2024, contributing to encouraging and motivating officials and people in the province to strive to successfully fulfill the tasks of 2025.
