How to make a refreshing drink with perilla leaves
Ingredients for making perilla leaf drink:
+ 300 gr fresh perilla leaves
+ 2.5 liters of water
+ Rock sugar
+ Lemon
+ Salt
Making:
Pick out old leaves and hard stems of perilla, wash them, soak them in diluted salt water for about 15 minutes, then rinse them thoroughly and drain. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add perilla leaves and a little salt and boil for about 3-5 minutes, then filter through a sieve to get the water and discard the pulp.
To make it sweeter and easier to drink, add rock sugar to the filtered perilla juice and stir until the sugar dissolves. Let it cool, then add lemon juice, pour into a clean bottle and store in the refrigerator.
Take this water out every day, 10-30 minutes before three main meals. When drinking, add some ice to make a refreshing drink that is both beautiful and delicious.

Making:
Boil chopped hairy dream leaves for 5 minutes, then add washed perilla leaves and boil for about 3 more minutes. Then, pour into a cup, add honey, stir well, let cool, drink warm. Drink 1-2 times a day for good health.
