Long An leads the Mekong Delta region in administrative reform index in 2024

PAR INDEX 2024 Mekong Delta Region Ranking

Regarding the People's Satisfaction Index with State Administrative Services (SIPAS) in 2024, Long An province achieved 82.71%, ranked 41/63 provinces and cities nationwide, up 16 places compared to 2023 (57/63), up 4.05% compared to 2023 (78.66%), ranked 8/13 provinces and cities in the Mekong Delta.

These are two important tools to evaluate the results and impacts of administrative reform in a comprehensive, objective and multi-dimensional manner; helping localities analyze, compare and clearly identify positive aspects and point out shortcomings and limitations in each content and task of administrative reform in order to have measures to overcome, improve the effectiveness of administrative reform, and improve the quality of service to the people./.
