Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh visited and worked with the National Political Publishing House Truth

The Permanent Deputy Prime Minister hopes that the Publishing House will do better in editing, translating, and organizing publishing.

Also attending the ceremony were leaders of a number of central departments, ministries, and branches, the collective leadership, officials, and editors of the National Political Publishing House Truth.

The Truth National Political Publishing House is a public service unit of the Party Central Committee, under the direct and regular leadership of the Secretariat, with the function of publishing theoretical and political books of the Party and the State. Over the years, the Publishing House has published many theoretical and political books of theoretical and practical value, contributing significantly to the dissemination, dissemination, and implementation of the Party's viewpoints and guidelines, the State's policies and laws, improving the level and political awareness of cadres, party members and people; firmly protecting the Party's ideological foundation, serving the cause of building and developing the country in the direction of socialism...

In the period of 2021 - 2025, the Publishing House has completed editing, publishing, ensuring the progress and quality of a large volume of documents serving the study and implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the Resolutions of the 13th Central Conferences in sectors, levels, localities, cadres, party members and people; annually organize the translation and publication of 15 books to give to Laos to provide information and research documents for leaders of the Party, State, ministries, sectors, provinces, cities and socio-political organizations of Laos; books to provide books for communes, wards and towns to improve the qualifications, professional skills, political awareness, knowledge of socio -economic development of cadres, party members and people at the grassroots level; books serving the propaganda and dissemination of local political tasks such as geographical records, party history from commune to province and city; documents of Party Congresses at all levels. Most recently, the Draft documents were submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party after being approved by the 11th Conference of the 13th Central Executive Committee.

The Truth National Political Publishing House is one of the leading units in electronic publishing activities. In parallel with editing and publishing traditional paper books, in recent times, the Publishing House has focused on developing e-books, audiobooks, and multimedia books to widely convey the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws to cadres, party members and people of all walks of life. In 04 years (2021 - 2024), the Publishing House has edited and published 2,335 paper books with 27,723,990 printed copies; 1,008 e-books.

Speaking at the meeting, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh congratulated and highly appreciated the results that the Publishing House has achieved in recent times.

The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized the important position and role of the National Political Publishing House Truth in the ideological and theoretical work of the Party. Over the past time, the Publishing House has affirmed its position as the most important theoretical and political publishing agency of the Party and State, playing a core role in carrying out theoretical work, protecting and promoting the ideological foundation of the Party, promoting the achievements of the country's renovation, and raising the country's position internationally.

The Publishing House has proactively developed a plan and roadmap for digital transformation in accordance with Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation and the direction of the Steering Committee for digital transformation in Party agencies to improve the effectiveness of operations and management, in line with reality.

In the coming time, to meet the requirements of the new situation, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh requested the National Political Publishing House Truth to continue to perform well its functions and tasks, promote the tradition of solidarity and dedication, strive to achieve the set goals with high quality and efficiency, complete and excellently complete the political tasks entrusted by the Party and State, and at the same time emphasize a number of key points that the Publishing House needs to deploy and perform well:

Closely following the direction of the Politburo, the Secretariat, the working programs of the Central Executive Committee, the National Assembly, the Government and the propaganda plan of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, continue to publish topics of theoretical value, summarize practical results; books serving party congresses at all levels and the 14th National Party Congress; books serving anniversaries and major holidays of the country,... Deploy and coordinate with relevant agencies to organize the editing and publication of the Complete Party Documents book series (80 volumes) - a work to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2030);

Coordinate with the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission and relevant agencies to compile and publish documents guiding Party organizations, cadres, Party members and people to study, discuss and contribute opinions on the Draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party; documents for studying and thoroughly grasping the Documents of the 14th National Congress of the Party and the Resolutions of the 14th Central Conference;

Continue to implement Directive No. 44-CT/TW, dated April 16, 2020 of the Secretariat on "Innovation, improvement of quality and effectiveness of publishing, distributing and studying theoretical and political books"; Conclusion No. 23-KL/TW, dated November 22, 2017 of the Secretariat on "Strengthening direction, management, promoting the role of the press and publishing in preventing and repelling the degradation of political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, "self-evolution", "self-transformation" within the Party";

Actively deploy and implement digital transformation according to Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation; apply to editing, publishing and distributing publications; invest in facilities and equipment for publishing and distributing e-books. Promote the organization of propaganda and introduction of publications on politics, theory, society and law to improve the level and political awareness of cadres, party members and people...
