Long Chau and Novartis bring advanced medical solutions to every Vietnamese person

On the morning of May 27, 2025, FPT Long Chau and Novartis Vietnam officially signed an agreement to elevate their strategic cooperation relationship, marking a turning point in the journey of providing advanced medical solutions and treatments, serving the goal of improving the quality of healthcare for Vietnamese people, especially chronic patients.

At the event, representatives of FPT Long Chau and Novartis, a leading pharmaceutical company with many innovations in the medical field, shared their persistent journey for the community, aiming to improve healthcare standards and medical innovation to improve the lives of patients globally in general and in Vietnam in particular.

The two sides pledged to continue working together based on their strengths in medical science , modern technology and extensive network, with the goal of carrying out the mission of comprehensive and effective public health care, especially for people with chronic diseases.

This collaboration will focus on three strategic priorities: enhancing the capacity of frontline pharmacists, increasing public awareness of cardiovascular disease, and expanding access to advanced treatments. Within the framework of the event, FPT Long Chau, Novartis and the Ho Chi Minh City Pharmacy Association launched an intensive training program for Long Chau pharmacists with the theme: "Accompanying chronic patients to live healthy in all four seasons".

The program will reach and enhance the capacity of more than 18,000 pharmacists across the system, focusing on four common chronic disease groups including hypertension, type 2 diabetes, heart failure and dyslipidemia.

In addition to providing up-to-date medical knowledge and in-depth consulting skills, the program also provides guidance on how to use medications safely, helping patients adhere to treatment, thereby improving long-term outcomes.

The training courses will be taught directly by leading experts from leading hospitals, ensuring practicality and effectiveness in the community. This is a clear demonstration of the shared vision between Novartis and FPT Long Chau, taking patients as the center and putting community health first, joining hands to build a healthier Vietnam.
