LotusBiz: Vietnam Airlines' new solution for corporate customers

LotusBiz was built to provide a flexible solution, helping to optimize travel costs and increase convenience for units that regularly use Vietnam Airlines services. Businesses only need to register for free via the electronic information portal (B2B Portal) for corporate customers to receive a separate account and identification code.

The system will automatically accumulate bonus points based on revenue from purchasing and using airline tickets. With an attractive cumulative return rate of up to 10.5%, the program helps businesses increase efficiency for each business trip. Accumulated points are valid for three years and can be easily converted into many products and services such as airline tickets, free baggage, upgrades, seat selection, use of Business lounges, Golden Lotus membership cards and many other incentives. Businesses can redeem rewards through agents, the LotusBiz system or at official branches of Vietnam Airlines.
