Currently, the total number of members of the Binh Thuan Provincial Bar Association is 85 lawyers, an increase of 32 lawyers compared to the previous term. During the term, in many forms, the Bar Association has sent members to participate in contributing to amending and supplementing 40 draft laws, giving opinions on drafting legal documents organized by the Ministry of Justice , Vietnam Bar Federation, National Assembly Delegation, Provincial People's Council, and Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee. The lawyers of the association have participated in giving opinions with a high sense of responsibility and contributed many practical ideas, close to the reality and reality of the country and the locality. Thereby contributing to the perfection of the institution, contributing to the judicial reform and the general development of the country and the province.

Delegates attending the congress

During the past term, the lawyers of the Association participated in the proceedings of 446 criminal cases at the request of the prosecuting agencies. The lawyers of the Association participated in the proceedings of 272 cases of all types at the People's Courts at all levels to defend and protect the legal rights and interests of subjects receiving legal aid under the Law on Legal Aid. In addition, the lawyers of the Association always actively participated in legal aid in the form of legal advice at the practice organizations and mobile legal aid organized by the State Legal Aid Center of Binh Thuan province and the Provincial Lawyers Association. The law practice organizations under the Binh Thuan Provincial Bar Association have defended and protected the legal rights and interests of individuals and organizations and provided other services in a total of 3,592 cases.

The new Executive Board and the Reward and Discipline Council were introduced to the congress.

The Congress elected the Executive Board and the Reward and Discipline Council of the Binh Thuan Provincial Bar Association for the 2024-2029 term and delegates to attend the 4th National Congress of Lawyers. Lawyer Do Minh Truc, Deputy Head of the Association, was elected to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Bar Association for the 2024-2029 term.
