Quang Ninh has 6 delegates recognized as "Advanced Youth Following Uncle Ho's Teachings" nationwide in 2025.

The Congress was attended by 444 delegates, introduced and carefully selected through many steps, who are typical advanced models achieving the title of "Advanced Youth following Uncle Ho's teachings" at the provincial level in different fields: Union, Association, and Pioneer cadres; rural and urban youth; young civil servants and public employees; young workers; students; young scientists , young intellectuals; young artists, young athletes; young soldiers and officers; young entrepreneurs.

At this year’s Congress, Quang Ninh youth was honored to have 6 delegates recognized, representing more than 60,000 union members and youths in the whole province. These are typical faces in studying, working, and contributing, representing the spirit of “Mining Land Youth - Courage, aspiration, and volunteering for the community”.

During the 3 days of the Congress from May 16-18, 2025, in Ho Chi Minh City, The delegates participated in many exciting and useful exchange activities such as: The ceremony to report achievements to Uncle Ho and award the "Advanced Youth Following Uncle Ho's Teachings" badge at the President Ho Chi Minh Monument Park; visiting and experiencing typical historical, cultural, economic and social sites of Ho Chi Minh City such as: Thu Thiem Ward Creative Park, the new Mien Dong Bus Station and experiencing the Metro line, the Independence Palace historical site, the Revolutionary Traditional Area of ​​the 1968 Mau Than Spring General Offensive and Uprising, the War Remnants Museum, Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space at the City Children's House; visiting and giving gifts to Agent Orange victims at Hoa Binh Children's Village, Tu Du Hospital...

The National Congress of Advanced Youth Following Uncle Ho's Teachings is held every 5 years by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, aiming to discover and honor outstanding individuals in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; creating a ripple effect and positive influence on children and youth nationwide. The first Congress was held in 2009. Up to now, after 7 Congresses, 2,602 delegates have been honored with the title of "Advanced Youth Following Uncle Ho's Teachings" nationwide.
