Ha Tinh speeds up completion of business survey by 2025

The 2025 enterprise survey will be conducted nationwide, starting from April 1, 2025. This activity aims to collect information on enterprises and cooperatives to serve the management, operation, assessment of the socio -economic situation, policy making, and development planning of the entire economy and each locality. At the same time, it will serve the calculation of GDP and GRDP indicators of provinces and cities in 2024, other statistical indicators in the national account system, etc.

Along with the whole country, since the beginning of April, Ha Tinh has joined the business survey with a spirit of urgency and determination to obtain survey forms with quality information.

The 2025 business survey aims to collect information for management, operation, and assessment of the socio-economic situation.

Ha Tinh City is the locality with the largest number of enterprises in the province with nearly 2,500 survey forms. In order for the survey process to be effective, accurate and on schedule, Statistics Team No. 1 mobilized 112 investigators to directly monitor and guide enterprises in providing information on the forms.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung - Head of Statistics Team No. 1 (Provincial Statistics Office) said: "Determining the importance of the survey, the team proactively developed a plan and reviewed the number of businesses early to have the best preparation. With the coordination of departments and branches in the area, up to now, the results of collecting survey forms in Ha Tinh city have reached 75.8%. We continue to monitor and urge the remaining businesses to complete the forms this May."

Statistics Team No. 5 supports businesses in completing information declarations on the electronic survey webform.

At this time, Statistics Team No. 5 (in charge of Can Loc and Thach Ha districts) is also speeding up to complete collecting business survey forms before May 31.

According to Ms. Uong Thi Hoan - Head of Statistics Team No. 5, in the 2 districts, there are 58 investigators participating in the enterprise survey this year. With the number of 1,145 enterprises, up to now, 912 enterprises have completed the survey declaration.

“To complete the collection of business information to ensure that the investigation is carried out on schedule and of the highest quality, the statistics sector has disseminated the policy, purpose and significance of the investigation to businesses to create consensus and cooperation in providing information. At the same time, we have carefully selected investigators, trained and guided investigators to master the process and methods of collecting information on the electronic system and supported businesses in providing information,” added Ms. Uong Thi Hoan.

Mr. Phan Huu Trong - Chief Accountant of Thien Loc Animal Feed Joint Stock Company (Can Loc) said: "According to the information and instructions of the investigator, the enterprise has fully and accurately declared information about the current situation of the enterprise in the investigation form. The information collection is done on the electronic webform, so it is quite convenient and easy for the enterprise".

The survey focuses on collecting information related to the business performance of the enterprise.

According to the statistics sector and enterprises, the 2025 business survey information form mainly collects information groups such as: production and business activities; business types; information on labor and income of employees; business performance, production and business costs; investment capital; production output of products; information on business service export and import activities; information on transportation costs, insurance costs of imported goods; information on agricultural , forestry and fishery production, etc.

According to data from the Ha Tinh Statistical Office, the 2025 business survey in the province has 7,942 survey forms, including 6,682 full forms and 1,260 sample forms. To date, the province has had 6,717 businesses complete declarations, reaching a rate of 84.58%.

Ha Tinh Statistical Office reviews business survey forms to urge units to complete before May 31.

Although Ha Tinh is required to complete the survey by June 30, 2025 (provinces and cities with 5,000 or more enterprises will conduct the survey from April 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025), the Provincial Statistics Office has set a target of completing it by May 31. Therefore, this is the "sprint" stage to complete the remaining ballots.

Thanks to the urgent, scientific and effective implementation, up to now, the progress of collecting information on business survey forms has ensured the plan. From now until the end of May, the statistics sector strives to complete the collection of forms at a rate of 100%. Investigators and the statistics sector continue to review, contact and urge businesses to fill out the survey forms to ensure quality and progress, contributing important data sources to serve the management of local and national economic development strategies”.
